Chinazo Chigere Barbara is the Managing Director of Garnet Leasing Limited, bringing over five years of multi-sector experience in telecommunications, insurance, and corporate services. Her leadership is driven by a deep commitment to operational excellence, client satisfaction, and innovative leasing solutions tailored to meet dynamic market demands.
Prior to her current role, Chinazo held strategic positions at industry-leading organizations such as MTN MoMo (via Mactay Ltd), AXA Mansard Insurance, and Extreme Mutual Technique Ltd. Her background spans account management, customer service, sales support, and administrative coordination—making her uniquely equipped to lead a client-focused, service-driven leasing firm.
As Managing Director, she oversees the company’s strategic direction, operational efficiency, and client relationship management. Her vision for Garnet Leasing is rooted in delivering reliable mobility and fleet solutions, while fostering transparency, long-term value, and unmatched service standards across every client engagement.
Chinazo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance from Abia State University and is currently pursuing professional certification with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). She also holds certifications in Microsoft Office, Data Entry, Professional Ethics, and Soft Skills from Jobberman.

Mr. McCarthy is the Chief Operating Officer of Manasseh Global Resources. He has over twenty (20) consummate years working experience covering leasing operations, credit & marketing, Internal Control, Audit & Quality Assurance services, financial control & Treasury Management garnered from C&I Leasing PLC and other successful leasing companies in Nigeria.
He was at various times Chief Financial Officer, Chief Risk Officer, Head of Treasury, Audit & Assurance Services, Corporate Governance, and compliance in his successful working career.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and has a PhD in Accounting from Babcock University, Ogun State. He is an accomplished leasing professional with an entrepreneurial background.
Nicholas Chijioke is a chartered accountant with over 9 years of experience in internal auditing, financial control, risk management, and compliance. He has worked with reputable firms like Deloitte and Coscharis Mobility, where he led internal audits, enforced compliance, improved processes, and ensured cost efficiency.
He is proficient in accounting systems such as Odoo ERP and Peachtree and has strong budgeting, reconciliations, and regulatory reporting skills. Known for his analytical thinking, attention to detail, and leadership capabilities, Nicholas adds value by strengthening internal controls and supporting sound financial decision-making.
